Digital Delivery & Refund Policy (v1.0)

On-Demand Digital Delivery
TitlePin reports are generated on-demand using real-time and near-real-time data sources and are delivered digitally immediately upon order completion.
All Sales Final – No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital data delivery, data aggregation costs incurred at the time of generation, and the inability to revoke or retrieve delivered reports, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No Exceptions Policy
No refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued once a report has been generated or delivered, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Perceived data incompleteness
- Jurisdictional data gaps
- Changes in underlying public records
Fraud Prevention
This policy is necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access to proprietary data aggregation systems.
Acknowledgment
By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges that sample reports were available for review prior to purchase and expressly agrees to these Sales Terms.
